This form is for small business owners claiming a business loss or profit. (Must have proof of business income and expenses

This fee will be applied if you qualify for the child tax credit. (Must have daycare or childcare information to claim the credit)

This fee is for clients that need to claim the depreciation or amortization of tangible or intangible property.

This service is optional. The preparer can setup your business for you in office. (For clients needing an EIN and business structure to make your side hustle a legit business)

This is an add on service. Client will pay this one-time fee and not make any monthly payments to have their credit repaired. (You can have this cost deducted for your refund.) Optional
